 1. Check-In/Check-Out:

 • Check-out time: anytime

- Please inform us in advance if you require a late check-in or check-out.

 2. No Smoking:

 • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated smoking areas outdoors.

 3. No Pets:

 • For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the homestay.

 4. Respect Quiet Hours:

 • Please maintain noise levels at a reasonable volume, especially after 10:00 PM, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

 5. Visitors:

 • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be approved in advance.

 6. Damage and Loss:

 • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property. Please inform us immediately if any issues arise during your stay.

 7. Kitchen Use:

 • Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for cooking but are asked to clean up after themselves.

 8. Proper Disposal of Trash:

 • Kindly dispose of trash properly in the designated bins.

 9. Respect the Property:

 • Treat the homestay and its furnishings with care. No parties, events, or excessive noise are allowed.

 10. Security:

 • Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. The homestay is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
